Trouble Shooting and Home Solutions

Fortunately, there are few orthodontic problems that need immediate attention.  However, a problem such as a poky wire, shifting wire, or a loose bracket may occur.  If this happens there are home solutions you can try to temporarily help until you are able to come in for a repair appointment.  These solutions are found on our website at www.braceyoursmile.com.  Click on the Patient Tab and then click on Emergency.

Please try these solutions and then call the office the next business so that we can schedule a time to permanently take care of the problem. If any of the suggestions do not help, or you have a different kind of emergency, please feel free to call the office and either the doctor or one of the team members will be paged!
